These people have the absolute worst customer service. Was switched over to them from Call Wave. In less than one month - can't get an invoice in order to document the monthly charge to my credit card. Can't get decent customer service. First level customer service rep can't help and escalates to next level customer service - who pretty much says - oh well. Cancelling with efax and going with ANYONE else. read full review »
