Tried to make an online payment of several thousand dollars, website was screwed up, next thing I know, charged returned payment fees and a fraud lock but threy never even called me! They have a disconncet between Customer Service & the Fraud Dept and Fraud Dept Rep was so very rude that I asked to speak to supervisor, she told me too bad and hung up, then kept the fraud lock on after she had already said it would be released.
