Hi, These lines are written from utmost frustration because of the bahaviour of IBSN staff. I was duped by IBSN while filing my taxes and I ended up paying an excess amount of 309$. The support staff are the worst people on this earth. After calling them and speaking to them n number of times, they gave me an email id of Nanda kumar, which was incorrect. I got the mail id from this website and mailed them and hoping to see a reply soon. One of my friends referred me to IBSN and I have decided not to file my taxes again with IBSN and will surely vouch against filing with IBSN. Thanks, Kiran. read full review »
