This company has horrible customer service. Just filed a complaint with the BBB saying that they over charged me for a month of service, which I don't have. I have called in to cancel out of auto-pay and cancel the service entirely, but they say I never called in I.E. thier phone system says that I never called in to cancel, which is a lie. They say that to dodge the bbb complaints already filed against them. This man calls my husband's place of employment several times now. He can't be traced back except to call his number, have him call your house and hang up on him. He says he's Officer Jack Thompson told hubby's employer that hubby was going to get arrested for a unpaid bill. I called the FTC, because I do know that this is Illegal. I'm filing a complaint with the FCC, as well. I answer the phone they ask for my husband's name, I say he's not available they hang up on me. So I got the number off my caller ID box returned the call back to them asked them what their problem was, they hung up on me again. Before they hung up on he explained they were a line of credit company, so I did a search on them apparently they are not very legit. PNC Bank

I have had a number of over draft fee's that were charged even when my money was in the bank. Has anyone else hadany problems with this? Also need to know if anyone else has had problems or find it unethical and an invasion of privacy, for an online bank to reset banking passwords when a virus scanner is detected on your PC. I believe this is an invasion of privacy, but I am not sure if so I'm going to find out what the law's are regarding this issue. read full review »
