Never have I seen such disrespect of customer service. My business they have totally lost, it might have been saved had they promptly returned phone calls, offered a rental car, explained the workings of the insurance company and just admitted their fault and that it would be taken care of. Since this didn't happen without much aggrevation and 2 1/2 weeks without my car, not to mention the fact that my teenage son and his friend could have been killed when the engine blew, had they been on a highway at greater speed that on a side street... read full review »
