My bank account was short $19.95 due to an account called Value Plus. I don't know what this value plus is, and I don't believe I've authorised any transaction for them. I tried calling the 800 number to see whaat this was and a lady told me that my last name did not register on her computer, then she hung up on me. If I have any more problems with them taking money out of my account, I'm going to call the BBB, and the FBI. read full review »
