This company is terrible. We scheduled an appointment to transfer our service since we moved. When the 3 technicians arrived, they discovered that the previous homeowners had cut the line outside the house and that they needed to rewire. For 3 techs this should not have been hard but they said they had other appointments to keep and that they would be back that evening when they were done.
