We paid over $625.00 to secure a future vacation, we were hoping to take for our 40th Aniversary. After a few months I fell off of a unmarked step-down, I twisted both feet, resulting in my [left ft.] I tore a ligament and tendon, [right ft.] I a 59yr. broke it in 2 places, tore tendon and muscle.
