I ordered two dog beds from In The Company of Dogs, and they shipped the wrong merchandise. I returned the incorrect order using the enclosed return label asking for a refund. After three weeks, I had not received a refund; so, I contacted their customer service department which asked that I e-mail them my UPS charge receipt. I e-mailed this along with proof of delivery.
