Richard Pope 1839 151st Ave SE Bellevue WA 98007 425-747-4463 As per his friend Julian Cauvin whom he visited in jail Sunday. He ripped off his exwife for 100, 000 dollars on house she owned. Kelly was under the impression that her home was worth 100, 000 less than the true value and Pope and his friend Julian Cauvin went to hide the appraisal and not let his wife at the time know.
