I received the "Free Gift" from glow (trial sizes) and after reading fine print decided not to open any of the products and returned them to glow. I sent note with return and asked that my credit card not be charged and asked that no future products be sent to me. I have e-mailed Customer Services several times with no response and have tried to call during their business hours 7am to 4pm.
