We had Across USA Moving and storage move us from Houston, TX to Edmond OK. Since the discharge date was the most important to us, we stressed that we needed the move to be offloaded on Oct 10th. After talking with your company, namely the operator Jazmine, Across USA decided that we would load on the 9th and discharge on the 10th. We agreed. Earlier on the week, they asked if they could load on Wed, the 9th, due to the religious holiday. We acquiesed.
