As in other complaints, the "free" sample was a fraud. Made mistake of giving them credit card# and they simply started sending me the kit. In fact, I thought the first kit was the sample. I remember thinking it was a very generous "sample". The Fraud Dept. of my bank investigating. If that doesn't work, I'm letting the BBB know and plan to get my attorney involved. read full review »
