We bought a skate board for our son's B-day on 8/11/2009. Until now (8/28/2009) we never received it, but our card was charged promptly. We tried contacting this website both via phone, and via their customer support ticket page, but nobody replied to numerous contacts. Their contact phone number goes to Gowindholz 800 517 5261, and its answering machine only. We have email confirmation of order being placed.
