I was behind on my payments for the month of july and halfway through august when they took my car. I made arrangements to get my account up to date, after paying I received a call back from the office manager telling me what I needed to do to get the car back. I had to pay Citifinancial $350, she was unable to itemized or tell me what these fees were exactly for. She then also informed me that the car was taken to an auction and I had to make arrangements with them to pick up the car.
