I signed up for Direct TV as a bundled option through QWest in Iowa City. The Qwest rep never said the Direct TV contract was for 24 months and that you can't cancel. Now I'm stuck with Direct TV for 24 months and I won't even be living in the USA after next summer! Their customer service is horrible and would do nothing to help me and one of the boxes they sent doesn't even work. They sent me a new box and reset it, then all of the other boxes didn't work.
