HP30 PL4260N
Bought 3 PL4250N Plasma TV from Bestbuy in Hoover Alabama in April of 07. All have went out since then. I have filed a complaint with HP exec level. I was able to get a board and a tech sent out on 1 of the tvs just happened they sent the wrong board and said they could not afford to send any more boards. The case manager I spoke with admitted that they had issues with the boards. read full review »
HP / HP30 PL4260N
My home burned 2/9/2007. After buying new home and insurance replacing my things I bought 3 HP PL4260N televisions and 1 PL5060N in April of 07. All the tvs have quit working since. I have contacted HP and filed a complaint on the exec level. HP actually sent a board and a tech out to replace board on 1 set but it was the wrong board and HP said they could not afford to send anymore parts. I have ser# for all TVs and proof of purchase. read full review »
