BUY.COM HAS NO WAY TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTLY TO SETTLE PROBLEMS. I tried to buy something at buy.com. I used my paypal account but they would not ship to my summer home because I did not have a credit card with that adress on it. So I ordered with my credit card. When I did not get my shipment, I went back to buy.com and discovered that it had not shipped, they needed confirmation.
