Plow & Hearth is a catalog company offering Home Living goods. I need to return an item due to an error in their catalog falsely representing the item. I have been trying for EIGHT WEEKS to have the issued resolved and the company has yet to come through on its many promises to send me a pre-paid shipping label. They also claim that they cannot e-mail or fax me a shipping label even though that is quite common among other catalog order companies.
