I've went to this place a couple times, each time I go the staff is very rude. Last time I went, I asked about an oil change, they looked at my car and said, "We don't carry your oil filter" I went across the street and the staff there said that I had the standard Toyota oil filter and that they found out from a former brake-o staff member that they say that to those they cannot upsell to.
