I placed approximately $200 in orders with Sahalie and it did not ship them. When I called to ask for upgraded shipping to ensure timely arrival, I got no response. I cancelled the orders via email, and when a customer service agent called, confirmed the cancellation by phone, and thought that was the end of the matter.
