I wish I would have found these complaints earlier. The crew was understaffed and under experienced. We had a large move to be done. The estimator came out and provided a quote. He was WAY off. There were supposed to be 2 crews (6 people) working in tandem. Only one showed and they lost a guy to injury mid-move. The crew ended up working late into the evening and all of the next day because of the understaffing.
