Last year I had this company install window blinds. I attempted to open them eight months later and they wouldn't open. I call the company prior to Thanksgiving and they assured me that they would be fixed as the product was only eigth months old. I have attempted since then to call them and the only reply I got was "we will get to you in the New Year". That was three weeks ago and I have not heard a word. Beware this company is not reliable. Now the product is a year old and still not functioning properly. read full review »
