Its been over a year waiting for repair to be completed on my spa, I keep getting the run around, wrong parts, lost work order, no return calls, I have heard all the reasons Tech has not showed up when scheduled, empty spa with out telling me, It, s been over a week since they have last been there and my spa is still sitting on its side waiting for them to complete the repairs.
