I thought I had found a truly "Customer Service" oriented company. HA! Upon receipt of my order, I found that one of the items was defective. After speaking with the company on the telephone, I was informed that I needed to return the item (my expense) and they would credit my online account for the price of the item. NOT my credit card, my online account. This means I have to order from them AGAIN to get my credit. Why would I want to order again from a company that has a crappy policy like that?
