I ordered Nite Trim through a trial offer, I paid $2.95 for shipping and handling. It took about a month to even receive the 30 day supply (which was supposed to be mailed within 48 hours and they kept saying it was being mailed or had been mailed each time I called). Then although I cancelled it since I didn't receive the product within 2 weeks they still withdrew $53.90 out of my checking account and pretty much said well I could return it but they would be keeping 30% of it to restock the product.
