On May I had my hair cut by the owner of Mr. Pink Whistle. I went in with long hair and during the consult it was never discussed that he would cut my hair short with many layers. Instead what I asked for was a cut that would allow me to still put my hair up in a ponytail and no short choppy layers. I repeated this several times. The hair cutter gave me a mullet style haircut with so many choppy layers that I was no longer able to pull it back and up into a ponytail.
