A-Taylor Roofing located in Arlington Texas hired several new inexperienced sales people after the hail storm hit the Dallas/FtWorth area three months ago. They promised training and commission of 350.00 - 500.00 per roof job. The commission was to be paid when the roof was completed. They did not train anyone. They proved to be very disorganized.
