Customer service was pitiful at this electronic repair store located at the corner of Bumby and Colonial. I took a DVD player to them to repair back in March, and after two months finally realized they either didn't have the expertise or could care less about repairing the unit. I went for two months while they stumbled around to try and diagnose a problem I had. All I wanted to know was could the unit be repaired at a cost less than a new one. They were pitiful because they didn't communicate with me (I had to call them continuously) and just had a poorly run operations. read full review »
