We purchased over the phone the deluxe Snuggies. Somehow the zip code was wrong, and thus UPS could not deliver and UPS procedure was to return it to the company (Snuggies). Getting in touch with the company is almost impossible you have to find it through the back door. And their phone answering system does not work so it takes many attempts to get a person. But I finally did and found they were back ordered on Snuggies so we elected to get our money refunded. It has been over a month and they have not refunded our money to our account.
