I purchased the affirm package at the Fort Worth clinic, when doing so i was informed that a registered nurse and only a nurse would be allowed near my face. Well low and behold my first appointment the machine was broken. My second appointment they had a girl that did facials use the machine that burned me, I also had a friend of mine in the room. Three more times i was canceled on, then I ask for a refund. Well i was given the run around and none of my calls or emails where returned for quite some time.
