I submitted a rebate form to the ATT Reward Center on 4/4/09 after upgrading my internet to high speed internet. This was supposed to give me a check for $79.99 to offset the purchase of a modem that I got at the ATT store. I filled out all the forms including the serial number of the modem and mailed it in promptly. It said I'd receive a check in 4-6 weeks. A month went by and I called in to check.
