On Tuesday my laptop computer crashed and I thought I made the correct choice to call GEEKS. I was told that someone would get back to me to schedule a in-home repair. Tuesday evening at 9:31 p.m. a call come in from Miami, FL telling me that a tech would be at my house Wednesday between 10 & 2. After 4 p.m. my husband called and complained that no one showed up.
