My problem is not with the company itself--well, actually yes it is due to the fact that they refuse to accept responsibility for an employee who they say is named "Steve." I feel like sending a person with such obvious emotional instability and psychotic tendencies into people's homes is not only unprofessional, but potentially dangerous to customers.
