My GMAC mortgage was sold to this Midland Mortgage in Nov 08 as Warren, in Michgan was and it has been the worst mortgage company I have had in the 15 years of my 30 year mortgage, I have received no payment book, and I called to make the payment over the phone and they wanted to charge me $20.00! cannot utilize the internet to make payments. This is the mortgage company from Hell! How if/possible can we move our mortgage to someone else without having refinace and all that crap!
