Firestone Tire and Services is the worst service center I have been to. They are impossible. They have the worst customer service. They are really hard to deal with. They have no respect for customers. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I thought may be they have some problem with me but they treat every customer that walks through their doors the same way. Don't they know that it is because of us that they are earning a living?
