I went into SpecSavers in Sheperds Bush to have my glasses tightened and the black lady in store with short blond hair left me waiting for half an hour and served customers that had entered the store after me. When I had initially told her what I wanted she told me I would have to wait and I asked her how long and she said she didn't give me an answer she just said that she needed to serve the customer standing behind me.
