I will never go to Monro Muffler Brake and services ever again. I had been there once and had a terrible experience. I had not expected this kind of service form them. To tell the fact these people suck at what they do. They know nothing. They don't know how to treat customers and are very hard to deal with. They are impossible. I wanted my brakes to be repaired and I sent it to them. They gave me an estimate and were very rude with me throughout. They gave me date and time to come pick my car up.
