I ordered a trial sample of whiteningbrites. Before trial period was up, I received a second product. My credit card was billed: $4.99 + $1.00 and $88.99 + $4.99. I requested that my credit card be adjusted for these amounts and to cancel future deliveries never received a reply even though it indicated that a response would be received from the company within 2 days. I called a number listed on the insert and was told that I had to fill in the online form because requests for cancelling were not handeled over the phone. I have heard nothing.
