Downtown Value Inn is a miserable little hotel in Portland, OR. It is very cheap and ok if you want to spend a night there because of traveling other wise don't even think of going there. It is the worst under maintained hotel in the whole of Oregon that is what I think I don't know about others. It is an absolute waste of money and certainly not hygienic. The parking lot is underneath the building which a real bad thing. The pillars that are there make it parking a very irritating and frustrating job.
