To have and To hold ruined my wedding the most important day of my life. I wish I had done research about this company before I went any further with the idea. These people are scam artists and will do any thing to rip you off of your money. I wanted my wife to have the wedding she has always dreamt of but To Have and To Hold ruined al my plans.
