My name is Barbara J. Rogers. Last night I responded to an email from Walmart regarding a $1000 gift card. I followed all the instructions and selected 2 "offers", as required. Today I received a call from my bank telling me that there possibly had been a fraudulent charge to my debit card. The agent told me that there was one from an International Tea company for $40.00!!!
