I, too, was charged $19.95 for a book I ordered in early August and have yet to receive. Then, the company charged another debit to my account of $15.04 for who-knows-what. So, I am out $34.99 and do not have any book! Where can they be located? The numbers next to the charges appear to be phone numbers but are not. read full review »
