I was a guest at this Quality Inn I checked in at 1:30pm and dropped off my bags and went out. Upon returning at 10pm, I found there was no heat in the room, with an outdoor temperature of 5 degrees. The balcony door had a terrible draft and there was mold in the bathroom. I wrapped in a blanket to keep warm and called the desk. They sent a man to check the room and found the bed had been 'used' since I removed the blanket. I was given a refund to my credit card at the desk, and checked out.
