I have been a customer of American express for about 4 years. I never had any problems until I got a little behind recently on my monthly payments... Most companies understand and have been very good to work with me, NOT American Express; they have a collection agency out of Florida that is absolutely horrible to deal with. I have gone out of my way to work with them and pay my debt, They want full payment of 12 grand ASAP, they have threatened me with lawsuits, leans on my house, , they will not give me a break on the payments or interest... read full review »
