I am 2 weeks behind in a payment to HSBC . I have made payment arraignments with them already to pay the payment. But Every Single (Swear to GOD) day from 7:00 a.m, to 10:30 p.m. every hour every day someone from HSBC Auto will call and ask me the same question when am I going to make payment. I tell every last one of them the same thing, that I am going to pay on a certain day. I have gotten to the point I don't answer my home phone but then they will call my cell phone the same way.
