I mailed in the required documents by the date necessary, Sept 29th to be precise, and have yet to receive the rebate check. I called the automated phone line and it stated that the check was mailed on Dec. 15, however I have yet to see it and the date is now Jan. 12. I know it would not take a month in the snail mail system. I didn't receive any help on the automated phone system as it hung up when it said the check was mailed out on Dec. 15. I'm hoping that I will have a better response with this. read full review »
