I AM SO ANGRY I COULD SCREAM. I RECENTLY OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH CHASE . I opened with a beginning balance of 16, 697.00 from a W/C SETTLEMENT. I, like many others, had waited 2 yrs for this money while living on next to nothing, so yeah, i was making major purchases. ANY AND ALL CHECKS WERE COVERED, AND NEVER ONCE DID MY ACCOUNT GO INTO DEFAULT. BUT AS SOON THE BALANCE BECAME 2000.00 THEY FROZE MY ACCOUNT AND USE OF MY CARD !
