Tried to make a very simple transfer of service when we moved to our new house. It has taken AT&T an entire week to resolve what someone messed up to begin with. The problem still has yet to be fixed but I get phone calls and emails frm them saying that they completed my requests, all if false. Have spent 3 hours total on hold to try to resolve the problem and everyone I talk to at AT&T says they fixed the problem. The mix up will probably also end up costing me $12.95 but then I will have to wait at least two months for them to credit... read full review »
