Upon purchasing our rainsoft system, we were told our percentage rate would be 10% only to find out that it was in fact 21.74% then it was increased to 25.99% after us opting out to have this happen. Continuously they have stated our payments werent posted on time although they always credited our account, the hassle of it all are not worth the system itself. read full review »
